Shipping Policy

Hidden Trove Trading Card Co. carefully packages all orders to help protect your collectibles during transit.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new releases, major product drops, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Trading Card Singles & Graded Cards
Singles and graded cards are packaged securely with appropriate protection to help prevent damage during shipping. Higher-value orders may require additional tracking, insurance, or signature confirmation.

Sealed Products
Sealed trading card products are packaged to help protect the original factory packaging during transit.

Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and, for damaged shipments, photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate next steps.

Preorders
Preorder items will ship when the product becomes available. Release dates and estimated arrival dates may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays. If an order contains both preorder and in-stock products, shipping timing may depend on the options stated on the product page or at checkout.
