Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Hidden Trove Trading Card Co. Please review the following policy before purchasing.

Trading Card Singles & Graded Cards
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales of individual trading cards and graded cards are final unless the item received is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or materially different from the condition or description shown in the listing. Minor manufacturing imperfections or grading differences are not considered defects.

Sealed Products
Unopened and factory-sealed products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Products must remain unopened, untampered with, and in their original condition. Opened trading card products, booster packs, booster boxes, collection boxes, or other products with broken or removed factory seals are not eligible for return.

Random Contents & Pulls
Trading card products contain randomized contents. Hidden Trove Trading Card Co. does not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, card values, or grading results. Products cannot be returned or refunded based on the cards pulled or their value.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error by Hidden Trove Trading Card Co. or an item arriving damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
